Financial description

SIF 5.0 is a $50 million fund and held a first close in Q4 2012. The fund has a tranche structure with 12.5% of the fund serving as catalytic third-loss capital and 87.5% as Senior debt.
Interest on Senior Notes will be paid quarterly with principal due at Note's maturity.
Investments made by the fund will be to partners who pass through GPs' rigorous due diligence process. All prospective partners must first pass a social impact screen resulting from a two day site visit by GP staff. If approved, prospective partners are visited by GP staff for a week-long due diligence visit and reviewed and approved by GP's Investment Committee.
