Microfinance Fund 2005 is a tranche-structured fund with risk absorbed from the bottom-up; the fund consists of an equity layer (10% of fund size), Subordinated Notes (10% of fund size) and Senior Notes (80% of fund size). Five year fund, interest paid quarterly, principal paid over eight equal payments over final two years of the fund.
