Social Investment Fund 2010 is a tranche-structured fund with risk absorbed from the bottom-up; the fund consists of an equity layer (8% of fund size), Junior Subordinated Notes (4% of fund size), Subordinated Notes (28% of fund size), and Senior Notes (61% of fund size). Five year fund from each capital call, interest paid quarterly, bullet principal payment five years from each capital call.
