NISABA Impact Investment Fund

NISABA is a joint venture impact investment private equity fund between Bamboo Finance and Louis Dreyfus. NISABA was established to address the financing gap in Sub-Saharan Africa's agribusiness sector. NISABA will invest in small and medium businesses (SMEs) with key focus on promoting competitive local production, transformation and value addition, fostering improved access to local and export markets, and enhancing access to data, finance and risk mitigation, training and technology innovation. NISABA will aim at supporting sustainable and inclusive business models, while returning capital and financial gains to investors. NISABA is the first partnership that will merge multinational sector expertise with access to finance and impact investment know-how to actively co-manage investments from pipeline to exit: Bamboo Finance, a pioneer impact investor and Louis Dreyfus, a 164 year-old leader in the agribusiness sector are combining forces to build an innovative approach to impact capital, and seeking likeminded investors to join this forward-looking investment opportunity.
