Pam Hammond serves as a Manager on the investment team of Community Investment Management where she focuses on due diligence, financial modeling, and risk analysis. Prior to joining Community Investment Management, Pam worked as Senior Underwriter at Able Lending, a small business FinTech lender, where she directed improvements to the credit and underwriting processes. Among her duties at Able Lending, she focused on credit underwriting for larger loan sizes, managed loan portfolio servicing and collections and developed and trained junior underwriters. Ms. Hammond also worked in the audit practice of Deloitte where she focused on governmental entities.
She is a licensed Texas Certified Public Accountant. She holds a B.S. in Accounting, a B.A. in Public Administration, and a Master of Accountancy from Auburn University.
