Description

Community Investment Management LLC is an impact investment management firm founded in 2012. Community Investment Management serves as the investment manager for the CIM Enterprise Loan Fund, L.P. (the “Fund”), a private debt loan fund that focuses on lending to U.S. small businesses in partnership with select technology-driven lenders. Following twelve months of track record investing partner capital in representative assets, the Fund began operations in April 2015 with initial capital from multi and single family offices. In June 2015, at the Clinton Global Initiative America Meeting, Community Investment Management announced its commitment to provide $300 million of responsible and transparent financing to U.S. small businesses, a majority of whom are owned by women, minorities or military veterans.
