Financial description
In each of its individual investments, the fund will seek to achieve a net overall financial return (expressed in terms of IRR) of 20% on its aggregate investment in the specific venture/business.
As a rule, the minimum unleveraged investment ticket-size is USD10m and the maximum is USD50m. Exceptions to this rule may be considered in specific cases where the expected financial and/or S&E impact of the proposed investment is outstanding.
As outlined above, Vital as a rule will invest primarily in equity or equity-like instruments, with debt financing generally constituting at most a minority portion of the investment.
