Financial description

Fund of funds, investing in local fund managers in frontier and emerging markets that have structured their funds as 7-10 year limited partnerships; have either an industry focus or a geographic focus; are focused on small and mid-sized companies;invest $2million - $20 million in their underlying portfolio companies; can deliver, on average, in excess of 20% IRR to our fund; have a solid investment track record; seek to have a positive economic, social and environmental impact in their markets through their value-add in their portfolio companies
Investment Limits: Max 25% of the Fund’s total assets in any one SME and Max 35% of the Fund’s assets in any one country
