Nesa Capital is a boutique financial services firm based in Johannesburg South Africa.
Our name is derived from the Sotho word Neša which means “to bring the rain”. As our name suggests, Nesa Capital believes in being the catalyst for cultivating long term growth and value for our partners through the service we provide.
Nesa Capital’s team has over 15 years experience in corporate finance and investment banking activities, business development and working with SMME’s as well as investment management.

In 2013, Nesa Capital successfully launched its inaugural enterprise development fund, an open end impact investment fund focused on poverty alleviation through job creation in South Africa by assisting SMMEs and SGBs expand and grow.
To date, the fund is successfully supporting 2 SMMEs, who’s job creation activities have exceeded the fund’s minimum requirements.
