Val Mendeleev is a Managing Partner at Bamboo Capital Partners. He is a seasoned CEO, entrepreneur, investor and board director with experience spanning 80+ countries and 40+ industry sectors – in FMCG, B2B, financial services, tourism, luxury, high-tech, agriculture, aviation, realestate, retail, etc. He led start-ups, SMEs and multinational groups, and participated in over 100 M&A and investment projects. From 2008 until 2015, he was CEO of SPI Group (beverages, agriculture, real estate, retail, restaurants, Family Office) and CEO of Stoli Group (drinks distribution in 176 markets), and more recently, CEO of mobile advertising start-up company. Prior to that, Val served as President of Aviagen Europe (ca. 100 production and farming facilities), General Manager of Scottish Aviagen Ltd. (genetics), Managing Director of Korsnas Oriana in Ukraine (manufacturing), a member of ExCom at Swedish Korsnas Packaging Group (overseeing over 40 emerging markets), and management consultant with Roland Berger (Germany).
