Roni Monteith is the Chief Lending and Credit Officer at Craft3. Roni brings 20 years of rural credit delivery and management experience. Prior to joining the Craft3 team in 2003, she was employed by an affiliated non-profit as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, she worked in the Farm Credit System, making and managing farm loans throughout Florida.
