Paula is an investment professional with direct experience in structuring sustainable equity and debt financing in several Latin American markets. She is currently the Investment Officer at Adobe Capital. Before joining Adobe Capital, she was part of the investments team at Symbiotics, a leading investment boutique specialized in structuring inclusive financing instruments, where she managed one of the top three microfinance investment portfolios. Paula is part of the Women Committtee of AMEXCAP which aims to empower women within the private equity sector. She has a BsC in Business Management from a dual program from Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia and Tulane University in the United States and she also holds a Master of Public Administration from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University.
