Jéssica took her first job at age 14. Her life got transformed when she was awarded a scholarship at PUC-SP, where she got a degree in Business and Management. In 2008, Jéssica got a job as a trainee at PwC, and accumulated eight years of consulting experience in business operations, leading mapping and process improvement projects. Recently, she returned to the classroom, as a MBA candidate at Insper. She also volunteered in youth development programs with public education students and at the Citizenship 101 program, from the British Columbia (Canadá) center of immigrants and refugees.
