A co-founder of Turner Impact Capital, Dan plays a role in all of the firm’s investment strategies and focuses particularly on investment performance, financing, treasury management, investor reporting, and overall firm operations. Immediately prior Turner Impact Capital, Dan oversaw all equity and debt investments for Canyon Capital Realty Advisors, where he was a Principal, Head of Asset Management, and a member of the investment and executive committees. While at Canyon, Dan developed and implemented several ground-breaking real estate funds including the $200mm Canyon Catalyst Fund and the $200mm Canyon Multifamily Impact Fund. Prior to Canyon, Dan held various leadership roles with publicly-traded real estate owners.
