Mr. Oppenheim is the Managing Partner of Vital Capital Fund and a Member of its Investment Committee. He is a leading proponent of Impact model investment in developing economies. Having initiated and implemented a wide range of infrastructure, aviation and agriculture projects throughout Africa, Mr. Oppenheim built a deep understanding of the sub-Saharan Africa culture and extensive relationship networks. Mr. Oppenheim has been a driving force behind the Vital Capital Fund’s Aldeia Nova initiative, an innovative, fully-integrated agricultural and rural development project in Angola, and served as its Director General.
