Financial description

In order to optimize our risks, we invest in equity following a staggered approach, releasing commitments in function of pre-agreed economic and social indicators. When we see that the company achieves an optimized model that is ready to scale, we significantly increase our funding to achieve widespread impact. Our wish with Vivergi is to have the capacity to accompany our investments from early stages to later stages in their growth cycle.
