The U.S. Social Impact Fund, LP (the “Fund”) is a closed-end, private equity fund whose objective is to provide capital for companies pursuing exciting new developments in the fields of manufacturing technology, energy management, environmental remediation, artificial intelligence, health care, education delivery systems, and select real estate projects, while having important environmental and social impacts on the communities where we invest. We seek to restore human dignity by providing opportunities for residents of these communities to receive living wages and employment benefits, build wealth, and exhibit pride in the quality of their workmanship.

The Fund utilizes a Sub-Fund structure designed to give investors the flexibility of a diversified portfolio of funds with relatively low transaction costs associated with making changes in the portfolio. Each Sub-Fund will consist of a number of portfolio companies (or properties) that seek capital growth, while providing current income.

The Fund currently consists of five Sub-Funds, the Real Estate Fund, the Manufacturing Fund, the Technology Fund, the Energy Fund, and the Health Care Fund.

Financial description

To accomplish our mission, we utilize research and engage intermediaries to source investments in companies involved in manufacturing technology, energy management, environmental remediation, healthcare and education delivery systems. We invest along various asset classes, including private equity/venture capital, growth/buyout, special situations and value-added. The minimum initial subscription amount in the Fund is $2,000,000 per investor, which may be invested in any single Sub-Fund or divided among the various Sub-Funds in such proportion as the investor determines (provided the initial investment and any subsequent investment in each Sub-Fund is not less than $20,000).
The fund is managed by Supreme Capital Group. Our senior executives have extensive backgrounds and relationships in real estate, corporate analysis, finance, and management. On our advisory board, we have recruited philanthropists, physicians, economists, logistics experts, immigration attorneys, psychologists, employment executives, real estate experts, and esteemed educators to contribute their time and talent towards a concerted effort to create economic value and improve social welfare through productivity gains.
By having seasoned investment professionals with local knowledge of market conditions, probing deeper into the risks and opportunities of each investment, we can provide consistently strong results.

Impact thesis

The Fund's mission is to have important social impacts on the lives of those who reside in the communities where we invest. We aim to restore dignity to our nation’s middle-class by providing opportunities for low-income persons or residents of low-income communities to build wealth, receive living wages, and employment benefits.
When analyzing each investment opportunity, we focus on how the investment provides for the creation, accessibility, and quality of jobs. We seek to identify the number of direct jobs, both temporary and permanent jobs that will be created or maintained. We seek investments that target jobs to low-income persons or residents of low-income communities, as well as providing opportunities for their training and advancement.
Finally, all of our fund advisers actively source investments in minority-owned or minority-controlled businesses, including real estate developers, project-sponsors, or construction contractors.
