The Wisconsin Water Seed Fund I makes early stage investments in companies to address increasing worldwide water problems through technologies that remove water contaminants as well as conserve water consumption from efficient technologies and practices in North America.

The Water Council, the Fund's manager, is uniquely positioned to to provide impact investors with access to world’s leading water technology start-ups because of the following 3 factors:

Financial description

The Manager intends to deploy a mixture of debt and equity to portfolio companies. The Manager envisions making multiple small investments across a number of companies. If the portfolio companies are successful in meeting specified milestones, the Manager may follow the initial investment with additional capital.
