Impact thesis

Inerjys invests in the clean energy sector.
The need to shift to clean epnergy for environmental, social, development, and security concerns is well known, the clean energy sector is not growing at a rate that is sufficient to address these challenges.
Clean energy needs better innovation to make solar panels and other energy generation, storage, and distribution technologies cheaper and competitive with the status quo. There is a wealth of clean energy innovation that has successfully proven their technologies, but there is a 'valley of death' companies face when trying to commercialize their products.
The Inerjys model is a shift from cleantech 1.0 to cleantech 2.0, the latter focusing on innovative deployment and financing models to help new technologies achieve scale.
The hybrid model that Inerjys has crafted addresses the valley of death issue by both providing growth equity to companies, while also providing non-dilutive project finance capital to deploy the companies technology.
Inerjys' ultimate impact is twofold: investing in clean energy technologies and building clean energy projects globally; and demonstrating this new investment model that will catalyzes a shift in the cleantech industry to 'cleantech 2.0'.
