Financial description
The Fund seeks to deploy capital in SME investments that, the Investment Manager believes, will provide a risk-adjusted, market return. The primary focus of the Fund is to be a source of growth capital for companies that are well established and have a track record of performance. The Fund will use a hands-on cooperative investment approach while making investments. Impact thesis
The Fund’s goal is to invest and partner with businesses that value the environment and community, and put a sustainable development model at the heart of their commercial business strategy and value proposition. A country like Nepal, starting from a low base in terms of economics and key service provision (e.g. healthcare, education, water and clean energy), has an enormous potential to directly contribute a positive impact to people’s lives through private sector development.
