Impact Performance

n.a.

Impact thesis

Many social businesses need equity financing to scale up. However, these companies often find it difficult to raise enough capital to finance their growth. This explains why CDI Investissement chooses to offer capital growth financing. It supports growth of sustainable social enterprises which have a strong social impact on the underlying causes of poverty and exclusion.
Moreover, CDI Investissement’s ambition is to favor the emergence of exemplary and replicable business models, to prove the double performance (financial and social) in order to attract more actors into the sector and to create a new asset with high financial and social added-value.
CDI Investissement invests in all types of social businesses (NGOs, cooperatives, stock companies…) as long as they have a good business model, and reach a strong social impact.
Our privileged investment sectors are: social and medical care, education and inclusion through economic activities. These sectors are the ones in which the Groupe SOS is the French leader. CDI Investissement uses its expertise to identify successful targets.
