The Invest in Visions GmbH (IIV Gmbh) was founded 2006 by Edda Schröder, who still serves as Managing Director. She looks back at a successful 20-year-career in the Asset Management Industry
The owners of the IIV GmbH are Mrs. Edda Schröder and the Sauer Beteiligungsgesellschaft GmbH
The IIV GmbH has three employees and works closely together with Frankfurt School Financial Services and Incofin Investment Management.
One of the key areas is microfinance. EUR 40 Mio. were successfully placed in a microfinance fund in Luxembourg. In 2011 the IIV-Microfinance Fund was initiated.
The IIV GmbH is specialized in the planning and implementation of sustainable products.
The main focus is on sustainable and promising investments in developing countries
The IIV puts special emphasize on transparency and quality. This is ensured through close connection to the investors and projects on the ground
In the future the company’s business shall be diversified into other areas of ‚impact finance‘ (sustainable investments) like environmental protection, technology transfer, sustainable infrastructure projects or SME financing.
