Description

GAWA Capital is an impact investing company that supports social entrepreneurs in under-served and low-income markets. We promote social and economic development by leveraging private capital markets. We raise and manage investment funds to support the growth of social enterprises in under-served markets, while seeking financial returns for investors and a positive impact for society. We have succesfully raised 30 million USD in our first fund GAWA Microfinance fund, a fund established in 2010 to invest in equity and debt of microfinance institutions raised from leading European family offices, institutions and HNWIs.
