Enterprise Community Partners Inc. (Enterprise) is a social investment entity that connects development capital with advisory solutions to create economic opportunities across the United States. Enterprise invests nationally with an emphasis on financing affordable housing, but also invests in education, healthcare and other community development opportunities that complement our work. For over 30 years, Enterprise has raised and invested more than USD 13 billion in equity, grants and loans as well as led community development policy initiatives.
Enterprise manages its investments through two subsidiaries: Enterprise Community Investment and Enterprise Community Loan Fund.
Its first subsidiary, Enterprise Community Investment (ECI), structures investments for institutional investors, syndicates tax credits and provides mortgage financing for affordable housing.
The second, Enterprise Community Loan Fund (ECLF), is a U.S. Treasury certified CDFI that offers a range of innovative financial products to support community development across the U.S.
AUM: $8.1 BB equity LIHTC, $700 MM NMTC, $5 BB debt Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital LLC, and $120 MM under ECLF.
