Through their career experience at Bain & Co., BCV and Goldman Sachs, the Principals have advised on over $6 billion of growth company mergers and acquisitions, raised over $7 billion in growth capital in the public and private markets worldwide. The Principals have also sourced over $2 billion of growth equity investments for, among others, DLJ merchant banking and Goldman Sachs Capital Partners. The Principals have deployed over $16 million in previous private equity funds they managed which returned to investors 2.6x invested capital. The Principals have also led 14 transactions and participated in over 25 deals in Central America with deal sizes ranging from $5M to $30M.
