Description

Cielo Private Equity Funds (“Cielo”) is a U.S. based investment firm that sources domestic and international off-market institutional-grade opportunities for investors.
We seek to create long-term capital appreciation and generate short to medium-term cash flow for our investors. Cielo’s principals have collectively and successfully managed over US $2.5 billion in risk capital within the last 25 years, most notably within real estate, energy, private equity, venture and growth capital.
Cielo Private Equity also has an active fund called Innovacion. The fund is Cielo’s premier impact investing vehicle making both growth and early stage investments. Innovacion is the first Community Development Venture Capital fund in the state of Texas, and will initially place the majority of its investments within high impact communities, particularly along Central and South Texas including border commerce to stimulate under-served economies. Moreover, Innovacion will target under-represented founders such as women and minorities in the high-growth entrepreneurship sector.
