Description

Caspian is a 12 year old investment advisory firm that invests capital in socially responsible, multiple bottom line businesses delivering financial and social value. We seek to utilize our understanding of low income communities and their priorities and work towards bringing our expertise to improving their lives. Caspian has successfully raised three impact funds – two equity and one debt – that invest in innovative and high growth social impact businesses. We have a successful exit track record having exited a total of 16 investments amounting to ~USD 94 mn. The firm has managed 64 unique clients till date (24 in equity and 48 in debt). Caspian has been a GIIRS pioneer; active Caspian equity funds have a 5 star GIIRS rating.
