Description
ARENA Investments, LLC is a private investment management firm formed in 2015 by four principals with a combined 80 years of clean energy, investment structuring, and underwriting experience.
The firm was formed with the goal of providing growth capital to small and middle market clean energy businesses with a focus on generating current income.
To facilitate its investment strategy, ARENA recently completed a rigorous U.S. Small Business Administration (“SBA”) due diligence process becoming the first management team to receive a “Green Light” letter to operate a clean energy focused debenture Small Business Investment Company (“SBIC”). As part of this process, SBA performed extensive background checks and validated prior investing track records for each of the principals.
