Description
In-Kind Assistance Corporation(“IKAC”) is a subsidiary of the U.S. Fund for UNICEF (“USF”), which was founded in 1947. USF supports UNICEF’s humanitarian relief work through fundraising, advocacy and education in the United States. Despite extraordinary progress, 16,000 children still die each day from preventable causes. The U.S. Fund supports UNICEF’s mission to do whatever it takes to make that number zero by giving children the essentials for a safe and healthy childhood.
USF has earned a four-star rating from Charity Navigator, in 11 of the past 12 years. Only two percent of the charities rated by Charity Navigator have received at least seven consecutive 4-star evaluations, indicating that the U.S. Fund for UNICEF consistently executes its mission in a fiscally responsible way, and outperforms most other charities in America. The U.S. Fund for UNICEF also meets the Better Business Bureau’s Wise Giving Alliance’s Standards for Charity Accountability.
